Associates
Associates
Graduate in Engineering / Architect and above 5 years of Experience in Valuation Field.
Or
Must have complete the six months certificate course in valuation after his/her degree or diploma in engineering or architecture run by The Indian Institution of Valuers (India).
- Students
Studying in Engg/Architect.
- Licentiates
1.Licentiates and Students can affix L.I.I.V. and S.I.I.V. respectively to their names to indicate their membership of the Institution.
2.Eligibility conditions for Licentiate are same as those of Associates the difference being experience required for Licentiates is up to 4 years instead of 5 years for Associates. for Architects / Degree Engineers .
3.The Diploma holders and The Architects / Degree Engineers below 5 years of experience can work as Licentiate Valuer with Senior Valuers.
4. The Licentiate and Student cannot practice as an Independent Valuer being a Non Corporate Member.
