Examination

 

Process

Examination shall be conducted by THE INDIAN INSTITUTION OF VALUERS as per norms set by the council of The Indian Institution of Valuers.
Seminars and Project Reports are required to be submitted by the candidates from time to time for continuous evaluation.

Examination Results

Result shall be in next coming month as soon as examination ends.
Minimum pass marks in each theoretical subject will be 50%.
The division will be awarded to the candidates according to marks obtained in aggregate as per given schedule.

Percentage Grade
70% or above Distinction
60% to 70% First Division
50% to 60% Second Division

On completion of the course, the candidate shall be awarded Marks Card
The candidate securing highest mark in a particular study centre shall be awarded a 'CERTIFICATE OF EXCELLENCE' and an 'INSTITUTE MEDAL'
